The paper measures 7 mil thick and is useful for creating overhead projections as well as digital negatives for advanced photographic workflows. This lets the printer allow enough time for the ink to dry before proceeding to the next sheet, reducing smears. The negatives can then be used for alternative photographic processes, such as Cyanotypes or Liquid Emulsion.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone attempting such an ordeal. Transparency film meant for laser printers or copiers produces streaky, messy results when printed using a Canon inkjet. Prints fiml crisp and do not smear. I wanted something that would create clear crisp prints and this film did exactly ihkpress.

Lightly fan the sheets before you load them into the printer to reduce jams and sticking. They are a great value compared to other films.

Choose only brands that include instructions for use with Canon devices. I love the tissue separating each piece; I write on the tissue which process that negative is intended for.

It helped with separating the sheets and prijt my fear of them smearing when stacked atop one another But I do recommend letting them dry a minute or two before stacking-just inkprwss be safe.

I ordered this product initially because I wanted to work at making an enlarged digital negative for contact printing. Choose only transparency film, which has a special coating on one side.
